Requirements & Typical Terms
Prospective franchisees should be successful, multi-unit restaurant / hospitality industry operators who live within the market or region that they intend to develop.
Financial qualification include the ability to demonstrate verifiable net worth of at least US $1 million per restaurant to be developed and at least US $300,000 in liquidity per restaurant to be developed.
Multi-Unit Development: Depends on the market in question, but a five (5) restaurant or more commitment is required.
Term of Franchise Agreement: 20 years
Marketing Funds: 4.0% to 7.0%
Territory Development Fee: US $10,000 per restaurant
Franchise Fee: US $35,000 per restaurant
