Development Experience: Prospective franchise groups should have experience in multi-unit quick service restaurant development and operation, preferably with international chains, or extensive hospitality industry experience. Additionally, experience in the development of retail commercial real estate is required. Solid connections and contacts with local authorities and officials is important, and a passion for being the best in the industry is a must.
Multi-Unit Development: A 10-unit commitment is required, however CKE will consider smaller commitments depending on the size of the development territory.
Term of Franchise Agreement: 20 years
Minimum Unit Size: 75+ m2 for food courts up to 300+ m2 for inline and free-standing restaurants.
